Transferring music through iCloud

I accidentally delete all my music from my computer while cleaning it up. Without knowing so, I synced my phone an lost it from there too. The music I had was acquired over many years and not just through iTunes. However, the music is still on my brothers iPhone who lives over 200 miles away. Is it possible through iCloud, iTunes Match, or some other program to get the music without meeting up?
