student had a iphone3gs now got the 4S...not a very technical person which is why im confused...
i bought the phone today at about 1230 GMT, its now 1855 and the SIM is still 'not provisioned'. the o2 store i bought it from activated my phone in store and said that the signal will eventually get to me but because of the sheer amount of people buying/upgrading to the 4S the signal was down because of high demand or something. Is this the case or is it just bad luck for me that the signal has still not activated for me...its been almost 7hours! any help/suggestions welcomed
