Trouble with AppleId on Iphone

I had to set my iphone up as a new phone because of some software issues and when I try to enter my Apple ID and password it keeps saying there is a problem. It says try another AppleID. I have changed passwords to see if that is an issue and still the same. I have changed Apple Ids and still the issue. I can use my info just fine in Itunes and at the apple site to view my Apple Id info but not on my iphone. Any help would be so appreciated. I cannot use my phone until this problem gets fixed.
