Trouble with Exchange Sync and Recurring Appointments

Hi!

Glad to be a part of this forum. I have a question that I was hoping that someone could answer. When a recurring appointment is accepted or declined from our iPhones, it wipes it from the iPhone. If the adjustment is made on a PC in the office, it is fine. Any ideas of how to fix it? We are on Exchange 2007.
