Trying to downgrade iOS (6.1.3 to 6.0.1)

So I jailbroke my iPod Touch 4g on iOS 6.0.1 before and I have the SHSH blobs and the ipsw for iOS 6.01.
I am trying to downgrade with redsn0w but after going to Extras>Even More>Restore> and then I select the ipsw, it tells me to put my iPod Touch in pwned DFU mode. After I do this, it tells me it can't contact the TSS Server. How can I fix this?
Right now my iPod is jailbroken on 6.1.3 tethered using sn0wbreeze. Should I restore it to normal before trying to downgrade?


Or it will say exploiting with "limer1n". Then it says waiting for reboot and when my iPod turns on, it says "Exploit failed."

Just follow the instructions on RedSn0w. And make sure that you're using the correct IPSW. Make sure your blobs have valid APTickets as well or they're basically useless blobs :/
