i tried downloading the new version on my iphone 4 but since it`s a turbo sim a message poped up on my screen statin "only compatible sim cards from asupported carrier may be used to activate iphone please insert the sim card that came with your iphone or visit a supported carriers store to receive a replacement sim card" the problem is i`m from israel and i don`t have an AT&T sim card so what should i do i`m desperate​

Get another turbo sim for your iPhone compatible with your new iOS version.
If there is no compatible turbo sim for your iOS then check if you are on any of these baseband:

05.11.07
05.13.01
05.12.01
06.15.00

If yes jailbreak your iPhone and use ultrasnow in cydia to unlock your iPhone.
