Turn Based RPG WITHOUT an Overworld or Dungeons

looking for a turn based rpg where you can kill a bunch of monsters, upgrade your equipment and skills, but there is no overworld or dungeon, just like an arena you fight in or something. very repetitive and simplistic, but it would be useful for me for work where I can't follow a storyline or anything, and I may have to get back to work at any second, but I can just kill a couple monsters and level up.
