how to turn on iphone 4 when it suddenly turn off when no reaction when press turn on button and home button??

Must've been a problem when you jailbroke in the first place. Try restoring your iPhone and jailbreak again. If your iPhone worked fine after you jailbroke for a while, restore from last backup-from when it was working fine. If not, then completely restore your iPhone, which would cause iTunes to erase all info from your iPhone. Once you do that, jailbreak again using greenpois0n.
