People who love to access Twitter on their mobile devices will be happy to hear that a new version of the iOS Twitter app has just been released. Twitter 5.2 for iPhone and iPad has received a fresh makeover that adds new functionality and a new interface.
The most important design change seems to be concentrated in the Discover tab. Based on your specific interests on Twitter, the Tweets will be displayed differently for each user. The aesthetic quality of the Tweet presentation has also been improved greatly. Now users can enjoy looking at full images or just previews right in the preview. No need to tap anything additionally.
The search function has been updated and it looks much better. Now when you want to look up something you will get instead a stream of photos and media previews. Twitter 5.1 was just showing bland links, users had to tap on in order to view content. It was time consuming, not to mention boring if it turned out you taped on something you werent really interested in.
If users forget their password, the application can now reset them without having to quit the app. This functionality makes the software more secure and more easily accessible.
