Twitter App with Push notifications

is there a twitter app that has Push Notifications? not one of those social hubs like boxcar or tweetdeck ive tried those and wasnt liking the layouts, I just was looking for a twitter app that has push notifications that i could customize to what i wanted to be notifyed for

doesnt have to be free but would like opinions on what others use that good
