twitter sounds?

Hello, I have an IPHone 6s, with IOs release 12.4.

I cannot reset my twitter sounds. When I go to SETTINGS, SOUNDS, and look under SOUNDS AND VIBRATION PATTERNS, the 'TWITTER' option is not there. as a result, I cannot change the sound for my twitter or TWEET messages. I have tried doing a reset on the iphone, no luck. any ideas?

I have had the same problem, with my 6 Plus. I have been unable to fix this, google has a lot of solutions but didn’t work for me. That included logging off, removing the app. Same problem on my iPad Air 2. This is at least a 6 month old or longer problem. As I am reaching the end of IOS updates available to me, I am just assuming that when I replace the iPhone in the next quarter or so, it will no longer be an issue but am going to watch this thread to see if someone has the answer.
