I recently upgraded from a Moto Droid to an iPhone 4s and I love it. The only problem I'm really having is managing contacts.
I have my work email set up on the phone via an Exchange account. I also am using the Gmail application for my personal email (I found this to be the easiest thing to keep them separate.
My question is this: if I have an existing set of contacts syncing with the device via my Exchange account, can I set up a sync using the Exchange setup to sync my Gmail contacts as per this article: http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=138740? I don't mind both sets merging into one blob. I'm just trying to get those contacts on my phone as my Gmail contacts have a lot of my personal phone numbers.
