TXT app

Ok so I’m a big texter and am wondering if there is going to be an app that will increase the number of characters, VZW has that whole 160 thing that just stinks….

My question is what is the best t9 app for the iphone I would prefer to not have to pay for anything.

And may I ask what phone your on now? Cause I use a droid1 with handcent and never have that problem

I have the Droid INC, and use the same thing.

I have never had an issue about not enough characters but I sure do enjoy the swype feature. Does the iphone have swype?

What all other characters are you looking for? More smileys?

My big thin is texting but I also need to keep up on the weather, I tend to travel a bit.. other than that I’m not too sure, I guess I’ll find my nitch and hope to find some kwel Live apps well I hope they have em can’t wait to try the face talk, at least that’s what I think it’s called.. what about you.

I am mostly looking forward to getting down to one device for music and phone. The phones I have previously weren't bad phones for music (LG VX8600, droid eris, droid x) but they just never had the same feel or excitement to them as my old ipod does.

I have never had a problem sending texts longer then 160 characters, it will just show up as multiple texts on dumb phones. On smartphones you don't even know the texts were split up.
