Unable to reply to emails?

Lately when I try to reply to emails (different hosts) I get messages that say unable to reply because recipient doesn't accept relays??
Anyone else dealing with this?

I had never heard of that, but when I googled it, there was a lot of info. I think it has something to do with how you have your outgoing server set up.
