Unable to restore backup because I cannot turn off Find My iPhone
I am trying to restore a backup and receiving this message in iTunes:
Find My iPhone must be turned off before “iPhone” can be restored Go to iCloud Settings on your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone before restoring your iPhone.”
When I go to turn off Find My iPhone on my iPhone, I am prompted to enter my Apple ID Password. Each time I enter it, the Window shakes and does not accept the password. I am certain I am entering the right password. I was able to log into My Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com using this password. Why isn’t Find My iPhone accepting my password?
