Unable To Sync iPhone 6S Plus with iTunes

I updated to iOS 10.2 a few weeks ago and since then I've been unable to sync with iPhone with the latest version of iTunes on windows 7. Is this a know issue? Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks

I had the same problem with Itunes 12.5.5. Kept getting an error saying "Iphone could not be synced with Itunes recieved an invalid response. Is that the error your receiving?

I don't believe there was a number associated with the error.
