Unjailbreak

I have an iPhone 4s and used this method to unjailbreak my phone. ***Moderation Notice: Outside links are not allowed Per our Forum Rules*** If I took my phone into Apple to get a new one, would they be able to detect that I once had it jailbroken?

We've edited your post and deleted the outside link... they're not allowed per our Fourm Rules. In regards to your question... the only SURE way to "UnJailbreak" an iDevice to Restore as a New Device via iTunes. Only then will it be undetectable while being serviced.
