Or is it coming up as the sender w/ random #'s?
I know that sometimes with Verizon, a failed iMessage will send as an @vzw.pix address, or something like that.
I've had this happen a few times and scrolled through my contacts to discover the strange number was actually one of my buddies.

If you receive a "email to text" and you're on AT&T, this shows as the sender. "1 (410) 000-xxx"
No, really weird. Text was on my phone as if I wrote it. No one ever touched my phone. AT&T says it must have come from either spouses iPhone or an email address that is sycned to our phones. Text was not flattering if u know what I mean. Trying to find out which email it was sent from. Like I said it is as if I texted it.
