There are apps that allow you to make and receive calls via wifi but I think you will have a different number for the wifi calls...

Viber works like that but you need a phone number I think....

Cheers for the response m8. Yeah I know about those apps but I was looking for something similar to what I here the Blackberry curve has that allows you to use your phone over wifi even if you don't have network signal from your phone provider.
