At the moment you can not unlock iPhone 4s ad jailbreak it maybe in about a week or so but as well not yet

A jailbreak is being worked on but dont expect much to happen for unlocks.. its getting so very hard for the devs to unlock devices and you are just better off using a carrier that its locked to or buying it sim free.
