Unlock my iPhone - Simfree

- I am not from the US.
- Recently I had to restore my iPhone and I also jailbreaked it with redsn0w.
- The device was bought abroad about two years ago out of my country, therefore it's not simfree.
- I tried to unlock it with ultrasn0w.
- Unfortunately it didn't work. I get "No Service" sign.
- I tried turn off/on airplane mode, insert simcard over and over again, look manually for cellular networks. It didn't help.

* Phone 3GS.
* Version 5.0.1 (9A405).
* Serial number starts with 82947.
* Firmware 5.16.05.

You can't unlock firmware 5.16.05. You have to upgrade to the iPad firmware to unlock, but you'll lose the GPS.
