unlocked iphone 4 apn settings for straight talk

I have a unlocked iphone 4 thats on ios 6.0.1 and its set up for straight talk and I have data but no mms
My question is how to I get the cellular network settings to stay after I put in a non att sim and switch it to straight talk

my friend unlocked her at&t iphone 4s using gevey sim ..the problem is there is no 3G on/off and cellular data network settings... her IOS version is 5.1.1 .. how can we use internet without data network settings.. pls. help what to do...
