Unlocking iPhone 4 with 03.10.01 baseband?

Hi guys, I have an iPhone 4 on iOS 4.2.1 (untethered jailbreak'ed) with 03.10.01 baseband. Is it possible to unlock it? Currently my carrier is with Fido (canadian carrier).

I went back a few pages and no answers~ I tried to google it too but there are so many websites, etc, so I just want to ask here to make sure

no, but canada sell them factory unlocked
