No, there isn't an Unlock at this time.

have you google about gevey and check if it can unlock your iPhone 4S baseband? As far as i know there is no unlocking software for iPhone 4S in Cydia at the moment.

ultrasn0w via Cydia does nothing for the 4S BBs. The Gevey Ultra S is slated to Unlock the 4S BBs 1.0.11, 1.0.13 & 1.0.14. WILL NOT Unlock BB 2.0.10.
