Untethered 4.3.1 jailbreak

When is it going to really happen? I saw a video on youtube about iPod and iPad untethered jailbreak, but the untethered source fix is no where to be found on the net.
Anyone have an idea about ATA please shed a light to easy my pains of waiting and hoping. Thanks in advance.
