updating to 6.0 and now getting no SIM

I have a 3gs that was jailbroken. I went ahead and had it unlocked. I connected to iTunes and did a back up then tried to restore it to origional settings. While trying to activate it I kept getting a message saying that the activation failed and to try later. On iTunes I keep getting a message that I have no SIM and must disconnect and insert a valid SIM and reconnect to iTunes. I have a tmobileSIM that is valid. Now The phones pretty much frozen, I can't access anything but I can get it to go into DFU (I think thats what its called). I goto this website to check my IMEI iPhone IMEI checker online FREE - iphoneox.com and I am getting a message that says THIS IS AN IMEI NUMBER FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED. ANY suggestion on how to fix this would be great. Thanks in advance

THIS IS AN IMEI NUMBER FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED,was reported lost and was replaced by apple becouse was in waranty ...nothing you can do ..i think
