Upgrade iphone 4 to ios 5

Hi

My iTunes is up to date, trying to upgrade my iPhone 4 to latest iOS 5, but keep getting error 3194

Help please....

Turn off all fire walls and virus protections. Then reboot your phone/computer, this might help you with your issue.
