Hello guys i m using iphone 4s version 5.0.1 n it is jailbreak i want to upgrade my version so what is the procedure to update my phone....

Upgrading the 4S results in iOS 6.1.3. The only other iOS you can restore to is iOS 5.0.1 and 5.1.1 assuming you still want to jailbreak your device and that you have blobs for it. Otherwise, your only option is to restore to the non-jailbreakable iOS 6.1.3 with no way of going back.
