How do you save photos to your PC using iTunes.I can download to my phone plugged into my PC but I'm trying to avoid deleting my pics uploading to PC. Thx

Sync them over. Alternatively, you can use something like iFunBox or iExplorer to do so as we'll. they basically root your device and allows you to manually drag and drop stuff to transfer to and from your computer. I'm not that big of an iTunes fan so I prefer alternatives like these two
