Upromise.com?

Hopefully someone can help. I haven't installed anything new on my 4s except app store and cydia updates. I keep getting this upromise.com popup about referencing in a frame. It keeps popping up even when I press the ok. What is this and how to I remove this? what app is causing this?

Nothing.... it's on but screen off. I wonder if it wad I think it might have been. It said that I had a full license when I didn't. I deleted the database file that holds the license info and purchased the license [i was using it with the 7 day trial]..... Appears to hae stopped the problem ...... I'll keep an eye on it
