Using iphone browser to put pdf files in Goodreader

How could I use iphone browser to put pdf in the right folder to work with Goodreader?

Not 100% clear on your question, but if you use safari, open up a web page that has a PDF document there should be a tab on the upper right of the screen that says "open in Goodreader". Once you open a file in Goodreader, it's save automatically to the application. Helpful?
