Using iPhone display as virtual webcam on PC?

I use ManyCam to display my live desktop or video clips as a "virtual webcam" in programs such as Skype, Windows Live Messenger etc.

Does such a thing exist to mirror the iPhone's display as a webcam?

My iPhone is jailbroken and ready, in that regard.
