Using jailbroken back up on a new phone?

I jailbroke my old iPhone 4S and today I have just got the iPhone 5s. I backed up my iPhone 4S while it was jailbroken, I'm just wondering if I was to restore that back up on my new iPhone will it cause any problems on it? Or will it just restore the non jailbroken data?

It retains a bit of jailbroken data depending on what tweaks you had previously. Overall it won't cause your device to implode or anything. The carried over jailbroken data won't have any effect on your stock device.
