Can I use any tmobile iphone6s on metro, seeing as they are connected? Im looking to get a 6s used off of swappa.com, and I can save a few by getting a tmobile iphone 6s rather than an unlocked variant. And if it comes locked, is there anyway I can unlock it?

The answer depends upon whether or not the phone is unlocked.
If it is, you should be able to take it into the store and have them swap the SIM card and you should be good to go.
Both providers are GSM so they are compatible.

If it is locked T-Mobile may choose not to unlock it, also it may still be under a contract.
