Verbal caller ID app?

The rep at the att store told me there was a verbal caller ID app but couldn't remember the name. Tried to look for in the app store but can't find anything. Is there such an app that verbally announces caller?

The only one I could find at the App store was ringtones. It has different ringtones that announces who is calling. There is a lite version and one with more names.
