Verizon iPhone 4 jailbroken now have ????'s

So I used greenpoision to JB my 4.2.6 and everything works flawlessly. But when I hook it up to iTunes it's asking me to either return it back to a certain date or reformat it completely or something to that effect. What should I do???and does jail breaking void any kind or apples or verizon warranty. Could they also find out over the phone if I'm calling in for help and technical support.

some people have had the same message on their iphone 3gs in itunes about restoring because its jailbroken

All you have to do is restore it. I wouldn't walk in to a Verizon store and be like I jailbroke my phone with green poison. If you call they cant tell
