Verizon iPhone 4 Orders Begin!

Preorders for the Verizon iPhone 4 are now open for existing Verizon customers on Verizon's and Apple's websites. Be sure to let us know if you grabbed one or had problems placing your order. Customers that are placing orders today will likely receive their unit on or before February 10th. Verizon has been known to deliver pre-orders much earlier then expected. The Verizon iPhone 4 Plans are:

• $39.99 - 450 Minutes
• $59.99 - 900 Minutes
• $69.99 - Unlimited Minutes

Data

• $29.99 - Unlimited
• $49.99 - Unlimited on iPhone, 2GB on Mobile Hotspot ($35 Activation fee)

Messaging

• No Plan - $.20 per text, $.30 per Pic/Video
• $5.00 - 250 Messages
• $10.00 - 500 Messages
• $20.00 - Unlimited Messages

Just worked out the prices. If I were to get a similar plan to what I'm on now in the UK compared with verzion it would be far to dear.

$39.99 - 450 Minutes (I actually get 600)
$29.99 - Unlimited Data
$20.00 - Unlimited Messages

So that's $90 a month compared to the $55.78 (£30) I'm paying. Or am I missing something?

that does seem to be the case, very expensive. i can get better deals on pay as you go. wow america really has no options for the iphone, even uk has much more carrier options
