Verizon Iphone 4s sim

If there is a sim card on the iPhone 4s of Verizon wireless is it possible to unlock and and be able to use it in other companies??

No it is not unlocked yet. But, blue skies ahead. It is going to take a little time. First IOS 5.x needs to be jailbroken, and the unlocking will follow shortly after that.
