Verizon iPhone Contract Question

I was wondering if you need solid credit history to purchase an iPhone? I currently have no credit history to speak of and I was wondering if it was even possible to purchase a contract phone with Verizon(or AT&T or Sprint)?

If anything they may ask for a deposit...which varies depending on your credit history. I will add this though. My wife first contacted AT&T direct and they wanted a $250 deposit for service. On a whim, we went up to our local WalMart and "applied" for service through AT&T and they asked for $0 deposit...kind of weird how that works out.

Your best bet is to visit a Verizon store and meet with a rep. No credit is better than bad credit.

Not always true. Sometimes you get penalized for no credit. Haha
