Verizon is Out of Stock on 4S, Any news on when they will get more?

I can't seem to find any info on when V will get more 4S's in stock. Anyone have any info? thanks.

VZW web page, for ordering, clearly has the 3 models labeled "'Will Ship By 11/4".

Except for the 16GB White and 64GB Black with ship on 11/11

I saw that thanks. I have been told that and 10/28 buy 3 diff. V employees. I guess they don't know exactly either.

Yes, I tried that, I have a strange deal on my account with switching upgrades and they said only Verizon can handle the sale. Stinks.

If you have a local corporate (not "authorized reseller") you may want to try stopping in periodically. Mine told me they weren't getting in any phones and only taking orders. After the apple store turned me away as the line was too long I stopped in my local vzw store to order one and they has received 6 phones that day. I walked out with my 32gb 4s.

Nice. I just decided to order it online as the two stores I went to today said it's back ordered for at least 2 weeks! Maybe an extra shipment will arrive before that.

i can only get my early upgrade on my family plan at a Verizon Wireless store as well. they wouldnt honor it at Radioshack or any authorized Verizon retailers. I see the website says they'll ship by 11/4; is that only for orders or si that to the stores as well?

From what a sales person at my local Verizon store said was that they should have them in stock the week of the 4th but it will be a limited supply because they are doing orders now that will ship on the 4th or some where around that time.

cool. i have my name on a list at the verizon store at annapolis harbor to be called when they come in. cant wait, im so tired of this crappy old phone.

Verizon didn't want my business - they said they were out of stock till November 8. So I went next door to the Radio Shack and got my brand new iPhone 4s. ....... lol.
