VERY IMPORTANT for those who had tethered Jailbreaks on OS 6.0.1

NOTE: This is only for the iPod Touch 4G, iPhone 3GS New Bootrom and iPhone 4.

This is for those who'd want to stick to 6.0.1 jailbroken with Redsn0w 15b3 (Tethered) rather than upgrading you could go into Cydia and search Evasi0n untethered 6.x and you could download that then reboit (don't plug into PC for a tethered boot and tadaa) an iOS 6.0.1 untethered jailbreak.
