Ok it started like this....
I was on 5.1.1 with ipad baseband so it could be unlocked, i use cellular one.
I found out about downgrading the baseband using redsnow to 5.13.** i forgot last two digits.
So then i went to upgrade to 6.0 with a custom IPSW cuz i like it and it's unlockable, i accidently upgraded to 6.1.3 using itunes not even thinking while talking to friends, i did full restore.
Phone turns back on and its already activated and lets me set it up.
Weird part... its not jailbroken i didn't do ANYTHING and its still unlocked, activated, imessages working, pushing working EVERYTHING WORKING PERFECT!!!!!
If you live in Las Vegas and want to come diag my phone to see what i did you can feel free cuz all i know is this is awesome i have an unlocked phone without a jailbreak or additional program!!!
All i know is i did a full itunes restore to 6.1.3 and it stayed unlocked but didn't need to be re jailbroke, i didn't install SAM, i didn't use ultrasnow but its unlocked and didn't even ask me to activate it.
How was this possible.
