Viber isn't alert incoming call, message when screen off

Hi everyone
Im using iphone 5 ios 6.1.2. As my title, my phone is not ringing or alert viber imcoming call, mesage when screen off although i already set Viber notifications to alert, sound on. But when screen on i received Viber call normaly with ringtone
Who can help me

I think there may be some problem occurs with your IOS, you need to restore your iphone so it will restore its IOS and settings and your problem will be sorted out.

Yeah I think when your phone is off or idle, viber calls wont alert you or torn on your phone. I also experience that always hahaha

Hi,

Even with your screen turned off, you should still be able to receive Viber notifications.

Please check that you have push notifications for Viber enabled in the Notification Center.
