Video Download

Hi,

Again, a simple straight forward question, I hope....

If I want to download a video, external to I-Tunes, so for example, I access the Internet directly from my I-Phone and browse to a site and then want to download a video from that site to store on the I-Phone, is it possible? If it is, what directory would it store the video under? And, lastly, is it possible to move that video within directories on the I-Phone?

I guess what I really am after is if it is possible to download a video and place it in the Pictures directory alongside Pictures and Videoa made on the actual device?

You need to convert the video to a iPhone friendly format. Just google video to iPhone, there are several video converter that are free.

Try videora, I have used that one with no problem.

Even if you had a way to store and use avi format on your phone you probably wouldn't want to. It's much less compressed than many other formats, using about 13GB per hour of video.
