OK my daughter's iphone 6 was trying to send a video (about 1 min 40 secs @ 60fps) to me and my wife's iphones. The video on my daughter's phone was great, but on our phones it came out blurry. When she initially tried sending the video in a data text it kept saying Message Send Failure. Then she tried sending as "text message" and it sent-however it came to our phones as blurred. What can we do?

iMessage is the only way to "Text" a full video from one iPhone to another. If you standard MMS texting you will get a file that is about 1/3rd the size because of network data restrictions.
You definitely want to do this while you are both on WiFi connections. And if you all have iPhone 5 or newer, you can also use iOS AirDrop feature to share the file to each phone.
