What do you mean. By voice text..,if I'm thinking correctly you're talking about something like dragon dictation...it turns spoken word into text

Ok...so instead of typing the words I want to speak the words and have or show up like I was typing the the words!!! Does that make sense?

Yes it does like iCrank said dragon dictation does just that and it's free in the AppStore!
