Voicemail help

I would like to delete my custom greeting and have the computer generated message that says the # isn't available and to leave a message. I have checked the default button under settings but that didn't do anything.
Also, before listening to te voicemail by someone, my phone will tell me the time and date they called and I'm fine with that but now it tells me the number they called from. How do I change this?

What carrier do you use? I set those functions up through the carrier prompts, not the iPhone. For instance, my carrier Verizon has a PDF that shows the different options and prompts to set up your voicemail.
