VoiceMail Password Problem

Whenever I open voicemail it asks me for a password. I never set up a password and my phone number is NOT the password. If I try to change the password it asks me for the old password which I don't have.

Anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it?

I called ATT and followed the prompts to change my voice mail pass code. That fixed the above problem! : )
