Volume button is stuck

I just recently got my new iPhone 4, like a week or so ago; today I realized my down volume button is stuck/jammed, I'm unable to press that button, and it doesn't even turn the volume down. I'm new to the whole iPhone world and I really do not know what to do, any suggestions/ help would be great!

I would take it to the apple store

Would I be able to take it back to AT&T and they fix it? Or would I just have to send it back to the apple store completely?

AT&T would definately replace it if you just got it
