Volume is too low

With my call volume all the way up my FaceTime volume is so low I can't hear other person. They can hear me fine. Is there a way to turn FaceTime volume up?

It's a general and very small technical issue, the carbon is spotted there right in the place of speaker. Just rub it from inside with soft and very clean cloth. I think it'll be fine...
